be active, 5AA and NOVA 919FM have joined forces to celebrate be active Tracky Daks Day on Friday 3rd July.
On Tracky Dacks Day Employers are asked to bend the dress code rules by allowing staff to wear tracksuit pants to work to help motivate them to be active.
Employees are also encouraged to make the most of wearing comfortable clothes by being active at lunch or throughout the day, whether this is by going for a lunchtime walk or jog, taking the stairs, holding a walking meeting, getting off the bus a stop earlier etc.
