The following bus shelter and shopping centre signs demonstrate to people that you don't have to make drastic changes to include physical activity into your day. Little things can make all the difference. For instance, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking further away and walking to your destination, or getting off the bus one stop ealier are all great ways to increase your level of activity.

Television Commercials
Each television commerical takes a light hearted look at local everyday opportunities to be active. Most South Australians will be able to identify with the commericials featured in the new be active campaign, which aims to positively influence people's intentions to be active.
