A combination of the best strength and cardiovascular exercises with a variety of equipment (including: boxing equipment, kickboxing, resistance bands, kettle bells & medicine balls) to improve your fitness, tone up and burn fat!

With a variety of equipment, training and music keeps things fresh, fun and challenging every time you train! We ensure all exercises are programmed to get the best benefit but also performed correctly to suit your level of ability. All sessions conclude with specific stretching exercises which help to lengthen all those tight muscles and there is no better way to end a session which has just given you an enormous sense of satisfaction.
