I’m located in Sydney’s inner west (Erskineville ) , I’m a fully qualified chef & personal trainer and can get results quickly , If you have the will I have the way .

For the past 8 years i have been honing my skills in the gym , transforming myself and many friends to a fitter, healthier self. Whatever your goal is I can help get you there!

I have 14 years experience with food/ nutrition ( chef ) so can definitely create a specific meal plan tailored to you. I’m not one of those PT’s that yells and demands , I establish a strong relationship with my clients and make sure they enjoy the sessions , results then follow

Most of all i like to have fun and keep my sessions interesting!

      • Certificate 4 in Fitness
      • 14 Year Experience as a Chef
      • 8 Year Gym Experience

Location & Times

Inner West area including Erskineville, Alexandria, Newtown, Eveleigh, St Peters and outdoor sessions at Sydney Park.

Monday: 6:00am to 9:00pm

Tuesday: 6:00am to 9:00pm

Wednesday: 6:00am to 9:00pm

Thursday: 6:00am to 9:00pm

Friday: 6:00am to 9:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am to 3:00pm

Sunday: Closed
