My name is Sammi and I've been a personal trainer for over 8 years. I'm holding a bachelor in Health, Lifestyle and Sports, and a Master degree in Human Movement Sciences. Besides that I'm specialized in weightloss programs, corestability, kettlebell training and boxing work outs.
So if you really want to lose weight, get stronger, look better, have more energy etc., you know I have the knowledge what you have to do on scientific basis. No more lies! I provide training any time during the week for any fitness level; from rehabilitation to elite athletes.
The type of training I provide includes: Personal Training: One-on-One training for the best personal results and a complete adapation to your goals and fitness level. Small Group Training (2-4 people): A workout with your friends for more motivation, laughs and something to talk about.
