30 minute sessions
45 minute sessions

Group Training
Train in a group environment to add some FUN and variety to your workouts. At Foundation PT we offer a range of group sessions suitable for all ability levels. Come along and give a group session a try.

Conditioning
BLT (bum, legs and tummy), Boxing, FLF (fast, lean and fit), Tone-D, Body Shaper, Fat Burner, Advanced Strength

  • Friday: 5am-8pm
  • Saturday: 5am-12pm
