I am a mobile trainer so I train either at the comfort of your own home or at parks and the beach. I specialise In HITT work, Weight-loss, Sport Specific training, and Heavy Weight Training. Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Certificate 3 & 4 in Massage Therapy, Master Trainer Certified, Strength and conditioning level 1, Certificate 3 in Business. Boot camp Instructor level 2.
