Hi, my name is Dean. I work out of Derrimut Gym in Thomastown. My true passion is in the fitness industry, helping people to have fun and achieve their goals. This is what i do, I am not someone who is just passing through the P.T business/health and fitness industry and moving onto a different industry. I have always trained and absorbed as much information as I could (seminars, books, online and of course real-world experience and anecdotal evidence). I make it my business to be knowledgeable over a broad range of topics to help out as many people as possible.

I believe a personal trainer can be utilized by anyone. For a beginner going through the basic exercises and techniques, to the advanced athlete trying to get that extra edge in performance or physique. With me, you will be learning to do the basic but often neglected 'bread and butter' movements. This will maximize training efficiency and in the long term will set you up for success! Also minimising possible injury to beginner trainers and the more experienced. I can create programs for your short and long-term goals. Keeping you accountable and giving you a real target to stay motivated as you see yourself progress. But most of all you have to enjoy your training and have FUN!

  • Certified personal trainer

  • Over 3 years as a PT and over 10 years in the gym experience
  • Studied and mentored under numerous people
