I am a twice certified Personal Trainer, twice certified Boxing Instructor, and certified fat-loss nutrition coach looking for new clients and JB HEALTH AND BODY-BUILDING team members looking to make a long-term, ongoing commitment to their personal health, wellbeing and fitness journey.

My training repertoire covers all manner of fitness goals, including:

• Fat loss
• Muscle gain
• Nutritional coaching and development
• Strength development and power lifting training
• Bodybuilding preparation
• Boxing for health, weight-loss and strength development
• Preparation for athletic performance (ie athletics competitions,'City 2 Surf')
• Preparation for sports competitions / seasons (ie, Rugby, Soccer)

• Cardiovascular improvement
• Flexibility, inter-rehab and post-rehab training

My standard rates are as follows:

• 30 minute session - $50.00
• 45 minute session - $60.00
• 60 minute session - $70.00

For the Spring / Summer season of 2017/18 I am offering these exclusive packages with a minimum 8 week commitment to training:

• Boxing + Strength or Bodybuilding Program: 2 x 60 minute sessions - $120.00 p/w
• H.I.I.T Training + Fat Loss program: 2 x 45 minute sessions - $100.00 p/w or 3 x 45 minute sessions - $150.00
• Strength + Fitness basics program: 2 x 30 minute sessions - $80.00 or 3 x 30 minute sessions - $120.00

All training packages come with ongoing nutritional support and additional workout day(s) programming.
