There is no good time to train boxing but now! Regardless of your age 8, 18 or 50, male or female this training will benefit you. I could do focus mitt training and some functional exercises that will also help you improve your cardio. I could provide for the mitts and the gloves, all you need is yourself and we will surely have fun :)
This is a one-on-one training for boxing. It's either I could go to the place near you or we could just meet in some place depending on the location. Guys, feel free to ask any questions so that we could sort something out.
Also, I like to play some music while training so it would be more exciting at the same time motivating.

My experience: I am a registered Amateur Boxer in Australia. Still consistent with my training until now. Having been trained by champion trainers, it would really be beneficial for you in terms of learning the basics of boxing or even stepping it up and doing an advanced training.
