I have experience instructing hundreds of group fitness sessions as a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Advanced Boxing and Kickboxing Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach. My specialty is challenging exercises which improve balance core/trunk/stabilising muscles.

As a student of fitness, I constantly want to improve and bring the best and most sensible plan to the group for each session within a broad, evolving and ongoing program. Every session includes something different drawn from many modalities. From stretching to boxing, from games to resistance/weights and from pilates to cardio and high-intensity. For those who have trained in the past you can be sure that you will notice neglected muscles and less of the bad/injury pain. If you have not trained much before then forget your perception of fitness training and join us.
