As a health professional since early 2007. I have studied at the Australian Institute Of Fitness where I have received the highest certificate as a Master Trainer & Personal Trainer for Australia.

Certified advanced and internationally certification for Les Mills body pump group instructor, additionally went to London to further my studies on topics such as exercise dynamics, weight loss, healthy eating & wellness with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Worked on the cruise Industry as a Fitness Director on the Carnival Victory and Carnival Miracle ships.

The health nutrition industry has taught me that healthy eating, is the foundation for optimal health and quality of life, it is the basic building blocks of a balanced nutrition which includes your fruits, vegetables, grains, protein and fats.

Eating a good variety of different foods will help you to get all the vitamins, nutrients & antioxidants a body needs for growth, maintenance and will also help to prevent diseases.

Good nutrition to me means, getting sufficient nutrients in the right intake proportions. This will increase the likelihood that you will maintain the proper weight for your age and body type. By following a good recommended daily intake that includes the right levels of each nutrient, you will avoid putting on weight & increasing your energy levels.

Using these principles I have worked with clients from all over the world, results from practicing these simple activities were astonishing with every client, which lead me to writing a book so as to educate people on the basics and how it works.
