Since a young age I have been into sport – oztag, golf, cricket, touch footy and rugby. After school I was given the opportunity to work in a gym near home on the gym floor and reception.. and I absolutely loved it. I was then encouraged to study personal training and thirteen years later I am still passionate about the fitness industry. Since beginning my career I have worked in a number of fitness centres and gyms – Hurstville Aquatic Centre, Goodlife, YMCA, iDefine and now at C-Life Health Club and Target Life Fitness.
I love personal training because I enjoy seeing people gain confidence, grow, and achieve results.
I adopt a variety of styles with my clients, and provide a genuine, open, and comfortable environment for people to train and accomplish their goals.
