I have been a Personal Trainer for almost six years now and absolutely love what I do! I have also just graduated from my Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at The University of Sydney, making me a qualified Dietitian that can provide nutritional advice and personalised meal plans. I am extremely passionate about overall health and well-being, including nutrition, exercise and mental health. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and helping them to achieve their health and fitness goals!
