Hi I’m Nicole, passionate about health and love to work with people, helping them optimize their health, and reach their goals, whatever they may be, from keeping aches, pains, injuries and chronic illness away, losing weight, bulking up, improving strength, looking better, having more energy to training to be better at their sport. I love to assist people with time efficient, effective and enjoyable plans that suit their style.

Sessions are available in local parks, your own gym or home.

Session styles include: high intensity interval exercise that has shown superior health benefits; pilates, dance and/or creative style movement for strength, body balance, fun and relaxation; plyometrics bounding exercise; gym rings; weights or body weight exercise.

Initial consult: 45 mins - $40 (no travel fee for initial consult but thereafter $0.4/km to travel direct route to meeting place from Chatterton Court, Claremont and back again. There is a prime outdoor reserve for sessions directly off Chatterton Court - park car there and walk in 24/7).

One on one personal Training individual sessions: 30 mins - $50
One on one Personal Training session: 45 mins - $60
One on one Personal Training session: 60 mins - $70
Discounts available for bulk session.

A buddy session (2 people) almost half price/person for any given PT session.
