I'm a female personal trainer with plenty of knowledge and passion for fitness. I offer personalized training and nutrition plans delivered mainly through 1on1 coaching. This is especially for us ladies that want to get their dream body and feel more confident in and out of the gym. I am knowledgeable in most areas of fitness and nutrition. But I specialize in the thing that I am most passionate about and have most practical experience with, developing glutes, a fit body overall and all this while looking more feminine! I have a long fitness journey behind me and I am still learning everyday. My goal is to share my experience with other women and help them get where they want to get faster and easier.

My PT experience started back in Germany a while ago. After moving to Australia over a year ago I had a break from training clients while I was finishing the Australian personal training accreditation. I am more than ready to start again!
