Rokas Move


About

I'm generalist and big supporter of natural human body capabilities. My training sessions are versatile and I call it movement practise. Goal is to be great mover to be strong human and only when specialize in certain fields. In my coaching session I follow 3 steps:

Part 1 is IDENTIFY. How we feel while breathing and scanning all body by isolating joints or muscles. If needed, we work on specific areas extended period of time to expand our capabilities.

Part 2 is UNIFY. At this stage we combining and blending things. Could be two or more movements that we transitioning between, adding speed variabilities or loading with weight. Full control of movements. Conditioning or skill acquisition.

Part 3 is PLAY. Complete movement freedom. No right or wrong. Exploring our body capabilities, completing tasks, improvising and creating something unique for ourselves.

I am guide, your partner and if you want to learn - your teacher.

  • ISA lvl 1 surf instructor
  • Online Movement University member
  • Mobility flow trainer
  • Mentored by D. Murakami, Yon Yuen, Max Shank, Ido Portal, Fighting Monkey
