My name is Scott and I have a passion for fitness and helping people. I have completed my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, Diploma of Fitness and my Bachelor of Human Movement which has given me an understanding of how the body works as well as how to communicate with people to help them achieve the best results possible. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2013 with a whole bunch of roles such as Group Fitness Trainer, Personal trainer and Fitness Coach.

I love working with people and making exercise enjoyable by providing plenty of variety to each session. I believe this helps achieve better and more sustainable results.
