I’ve been training for over 10 years now in Melbourne and the Gold Coast. I’ve trained a range of different clients, from weekend warriors, desk jockeys, athletes and the elderly.
I believe exercise is fundamental to living a well balanced life, and I really enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I enjoy a number of different sports including AFL, Cricket, Golf, Athletics etc.
