Hi, I'm Timo Topp. I offer tried and tested personal training to help you GET RESULTS and live a healthier Life so you can: Look good in your clothes (and out of them!), feel better about yourself and your health, perform better at work and at your game and have more energy to do what you love and need to do!

I specialise in a truly personal approach to understand you: your needs, goals, fitness level and lifestyle and put you on a suitable and progressive program to help you train effectively and appropriately. My programs include home workouts and exercise recommendations, food coaching and meal plans, accountability and support to help you GET RESULTS.

I am tertiary educated with 20 years experience so you will be in capable hands, plus I am a friendly down to earth guy who won't shout at you!
